Mining Play Begins

Global Gold Corporation entered into a JV with Juan Quijano for the Madre De Dios properties in Southern Chile on September 7. http://www.globalgoldcorp.com/news/20070907release.php These properties are expected to become the biggest gold producers in Chile in the next couple of years.
Meanwhile, Juan Q. who is also President of Medinah Minerals is expected to complete another JV for his flagship properties at the Alto De Lipangue near Santiago, Chile with a consortium of major mining companies within days.
This new JV which will involve mining juniors Medinah and Cerro Dorado will be the start of a vast undertaking to explore/develop one of the few “World Class” Gold/Copper/Molybendium deposits that has been discovered in recent times. The location of the property just outside of Santiago at a relatively low elevation makes it an excellent location for a future open pit mine(s). Below is a drill core sample from Lipangue:
